because of cases in the community. Why are we basing school closures on community cases and not cases in the school population?

Every organization that has made a position statement has clearly stated that schools need to be back in session. In the KC area every school district has attempted to reopen schools because they know that virtual schooling does not work and that schools are safe. It has been the local governments that have overridden them in every case.
