You are talking about 20-30 years over 400 years of history....that really is not much time

They have not had the advantage in the last 20-30 years as you have claimed. Far more have been incarcerated than those hired as a result of various quotas.

They system still by far advantages the white man, because he who has the most resources gets the advantage...and 360+ years of collecting resources while denying to others has created that advantage.
