with economics than pure racism, but economics and race are tied together as well.

I would question whether they were championed by the community vs the politicians of that community...two very different things.

Stop and frisk clearly targets a specific race as well.

And we know that traffic law enforcement (at least stopping) is racially biased..as they use different tools to legally back it.
