high crime areas than in low, is that because of racism?
If I am driving to work with a broken tail light I may or may not be pulled over, I was more than once when younger. Usually I got a simple fix your tail light from the cop.
If I am in a high crime neighborhood and a cop is suspicious because I have circled the block four times that broken tail light gives him a legitimate reason to pull me over and see what I am up to.
Nothing to do with racism.
