misused the word "is". I'll grant the system WAS built for white people.

Second, blacks WERE treated at a disadvantage. Still may be with a very few cops and courts. But for a few decades blacks have been treated at an advantage. Apparently you've never heard of hiring quotas, admission quotas, diversity efforts, welfare, blah, blah, blah..............
