Are you voting on who is going to get the trash removal contract. In my experience, with things such as plowing of roads in our neighborhood, the business was given to the head of our HOA's friend. Had nothing to do with merit.

An HOA negotiating a contract that you're forced into is no different than a city doing it on your behalf.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
