There are certainly benefits to having some of this versus 5 trucks basically following each other around the city stopping at random houses, but also lack of competition leads to complacency....or if someone has an "in", not really a true bidding process.

At least in that case, if something were to happen that would cost a ton of money or liability, it would be on the company vs taxpayers.
