sticking out of the top, maybe a foot. She got out of the truck, took the shelf out and threw it in my yard.
A couple weeks ago our neighbors had a bag sitting on top of the bin. She got out, picked it up and threw it behind their van.
I also witnessed her get p*ssed because a neighbor's bin was just out of reach of the truck's arm so she had to get out. Cussing the entire time. Moved it closer, dumped the trash, slammed it down and then spit on his bins. This is during the rona.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
