it would be one thing if Fauci just said "here is X and Y" in regards to the economy reopening vs staying closed, but he goes beyond that with suggesting it shouldn't reopen yet. Just because he isn't thinking about the ramifications doesn't mean he's not giving an economic opinion (since his opinion is specifically about the economy).
