it's just inconvenient for you. My doctor's opinion is based on medical issues and has nothing to do with my economic position. Fauci doesn't even consider the economic impacts when giving his opinion, just like my doctor.

Does my doctor realize the economic impact it would have on my local bar and their staff if I reduce my alcohol intake?
