aside from it's original intent. To be a little money there for you that you paid in over a lifetime. (Minimum 20 years I would add).

For Drunks and drug addicts that never worked a day? NO.

For 25 year olds with "mental illness"? No.

As a slush fund for PP, LGBT "programs", Slackers? NO.

And I'd be FINE with phasing it OUT starting now and pro-rating funds back out to those who payed in for 20 years or more. Short of that and there will be a ****ed off lynch mob in the streets. And plenty of Dems and Neo-anarchists will be marching right beside conservatives on that day.
