It is a ponzi scheme. But there is no way to exit a ponzi scheme without someone getting shafted. So no it should not just be ended tomorrow. I now have almost 40 years of contributions to SS and even though it is a fatally flawed system when it comes time for me to draw from it I will without batting an eye.

If anyone can suggest a way to eliminate SS I am all ears. But it cannot be at the expense of people who have contributed for a lifetime without a choice in the matter.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
