First was the need for an emergency order to get some things moving...resulting in delays in getting testing out.

Second was his backfilling state with trillions, which allowed them to put their stay at home information out there....which he has fully supported in many ways.

But he is a big government guy that loves big government solutions...so these are neither surprises and his next moves will be more big government.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
