This was all about not overwhelming our hospitals, or at least that was the story. We have not done that. We have plenty of capacity. We have plenty of equipment. We can withstand outbreaks at this point, and all evidence points to the mortality rate being far below what was feared.

It is time to stop basing decisions on fear. Beging to reopen the country.
