I consider arbitrary = emotion.

It is certainly logical in your mind, but not logical per se.

Just like religion

It is based on your personal beliefs and values.

you are for government monopolies when it comes to the police state but against it when it comes to healthcare.

In reality, they are the same thing...complete government control over an industry.

You use your value and belief system (emotions) to make your arguments. It then creates your blind sides.
