But there is also a reality as to what we have right now, and I would rather have a say in what is taking place moving forward than sitting around telling everyone why I won't participate and then moaning about the outcome.

You are free to do what your conscience leads you to do. But if you aren't careful, you wind up like pickle. And I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
