As a child, someone else clearly has more control. If you get into crime as an adult, and find yourself rightly incarcerated, someone else clearly has more control over your life. If you are a law abiding adult, you have more control over your life than anyone else.
Is this what is meant by a superior right to one's life? I have no idea what that means.
