graduating. We even expected he might leave early.

He should have had a guy ready to go by 2018, let alone 2019.

He had no one ready for 2019... so got desperate.

Larry Smith recruited Corby Jones in 1 year and had him ready to lead this team by his 3rd coaching season.

Pinkel brought Brad Smith his first class and him ready to lead the team by coaching year 2. He even benched a 4-year Senior starter for him.

Connor Bazelak is a nobody as of now. He's just a guy with potential to be great or bad. Same with Robinson. You're just naming names.

Kelly Bryant isn't a symbol of recruiting and developing a QB. It's a symbol that he failed to do so in his first three seasons as coach, and was desperate and had to bring in a 5th year transfer and it didn't work.

And as for the defense... he was the head coach. Everything was his call. He could have a hired a DC in name only and still ran it. He wasn't forced to change to a 3-3-5 for players that weren't suited for it. He wasn't forced to remove the entire coaching staff. he wasn't forced to move Cornell Ford to Running Backs. He wasn't forced to abandon the 4-3.

You're defending Odom by admitting he was too weak and stupid to take charge of his own defense?

You are just giving more reasons for why he deserved to be fired... and you are going a step further and convincing me he should have never been head coach in the first place (something I hadn't believed until just now).
