Take a rebellious group and coddle them without consequences and the coach ended up paying for it. His job is to change the culture not melt into it

Now we start over. D-Witz has the opportunity to clean house and install discipline but if he doesn’t he will suffer the same fate

It is not all on recruiting and even if it is more on recruiting then the type of characters matter and that is on the coach
