The reason for not going to the courts is time. tRUMP is trying to play out the clock and not obey subpoenas.

If the House asked the courts to uphold the subpeonas, it would be enforced. Eventually. Why? The Constitution gives oversight responsibility of the executive branch to the House. The subpoenas are directly related to their oversight responsibility.

You can learn by reading. Hopefully, you've learned something. Apparently, you do not understand the Constitution or the concept of balance of powers, checks and balances, etc.
