last hundred years the courts have decided that "the greater good" was more important than Constitutionality. But judges insist on using their interpretation of the greater good.

Pickle is annoying but he is partially right when he says the Constitution is meaningless.

It would be like trying to play a baseball tournament where the umpires changed rules as they saw fit.
