carrying handguns. oddly enough RSMO allows populated cities to establish laws on bb/pellet guns that are more restrictive than actual firearms.

the unlawful transfer of ANY firearm, whether concealable or otherwise, is covered under RSMO Ch 571.060 and that includes a provision for anyone under 18.

an adult or juvenile COULD be charged under that with the transfer and it's a class E felony or class A misdemeanor depending on which section is violated.

but again, a juvenile POSSESSING a concealed weapon, absent any other criminal offense, can't be charged under Missouri law and could be, but won't be, charged under Federal law.
