requires an obstructive ACT. Let’s assume for a moment he did tell someone to fire Muller, that is not an act. If that person had followed through and fired Mueller you would have had an act. Mueller was never fired so matter what Trump said or thought on that issue it was never ACTED upon.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
