picked up a phone or dictated a memo Mueller was gone. When you have the final say there is no ATTEMPTED obstruction. Either he obstructed the investigation or he did not. Mueller was asked that very question yesterday and said he was not fired and his investigation was not hindered in any way.

You side is hilarious, you think the President needs help to fire someone but at the same time claim none of his underlings were charged because he obstructed all on his own. Which is it? Was he so incompetent that he was incapable of firing those under him without help or was he so masterful that he he ran campaign to obstruct the investigation without communicating it to his staff? Either way obstruction falls apart because your argument requires both to be true.
