I could careless either way...blacks killing blacks,Whites killing whites, etc etc. All the moaning and groaning or money pumped into education or special programs is USELESS and effort in futility.
The system ie Nanny State is broke and it creates poor spoiled self entitled monsters who destroy their Brains at a young age with drugs and then lash out against those around them with mental issues and crime to feed their lustful wants because of a disregard of basic values that should be instilled by a nuclear family at a young age.
So all this hub bub about fixing a problem that can't be fixed by gov. programs, schools or educational seminars and materials is Laughable at all levels.
If you raise your children right no matter your economic status and push a solid work ethic then the next generation tends to do better.
The Black culture is broke because the White Liberal Man/Women made them a Ward of the state and thus treat's them like children who need hand outs and special programs to compete which is beyond disgusting. .
