That may tell you your answer as to why one gets discussed more often.
Another consideration: How often, when a white person is killed by cops, do you see a protest in the streets, saying how corrupt the cops are?
Do white people tend to see the white person shot by cops as the victim, without regard to what that person did, or, generally speaking, do white people tend to say, the white person got what they deserved?
There seems to be a knee jerk reaction in the black community, that no matter who gets shots, it's the white man's fault. Either the white man did it, or the white man caused the crisis which led to it. That's the way it comes across to me. I think, from what I can tell, that's the way it comes across to many other people as well. "Always" (exaggeration) an excuse for the bad behavior, and always (exaggeration) the fault of the other on one side. That's life, next person should know better from the other. Yes, overly generalized, but there is a truth to it.
