i wouldn't really know, as i am not white and was hoping to get some better perspective. There does seem to be an issue as with a lot of human beings, if they feel they can't control their life situation or they have no hope etc. I have noticed that while blacks shoot in high numbers, they generally have a history or a motive.
whites do seem to shoot random people that have nothing to do with them with no motive. Not that it's any better just an observation..

Please explain why this message is being reported.
