effectively in a year in 95% of jurisdictions? Its like normal cops cant do their jobs without being all suited up in black uniforms, so they need a swat team.
Maybe the issue is a normal police officer is unqualified for their job, so we need swat.
In most us cities and counties, like KC, all swat teams could be reduced to one swat team of 12-15 officers that respond regionally.
Most swat teams are for the extra $$ only
