You seem to be arguing in favor of particular labels as if they are always accurate, while admitting that they are not always accurate. At least, that is the way I'm reading it.

Others point out that a particular program is "socialist" in nature and you seem to be turning that into support of that program makes one a socialist. My interpretation is that they aren't saying you are a socialist for supporting, but rather, the program itself is socialist.

Again, that's the way I'm reading it. So what is more important, the label or the particular principles behind the label?
