They can also be temporary and a bargaining chip. Trump is clearly trying to improve the horrible trade deals of past administrations that have done damage to the traditional econ models....will he be successful? Who knows? Is he ham-fisted? Absolutely. Is he trying to improve the economic plight of US workers & manufacturers? No doubt. Which is better than th3 other globalist c0ckbags the preceded him.
