His ceiling is probably 5-7 wins per season, I don't think it is realistic to expect him to build something on his own that resulted in upwards of 10 wins. His initial win totals were padded to some degree because of the inherited assets at his disposal. We would not have approached anywhere near 10 wins last year had he remained as our coach.
