Many are taking the most recent matchup where Love outplayed Ramey as indicative that he's better.

High school matchups don't correlate to how they'll play in college, however.

So it's spin, but Love has outplayed Ramey in their head to head, so there's reason to believe he could eventually be better, especially since he's two years younger and not finished developing.
