You don't have to be a good shooter to be a good pg. The notion that someone giving better effort deserves to play over someone who is considerably better is what caused such a disaster last season. You are simply falling into the same trap that blew up in Cuonzo's face.

You know who played really hard every time he was on the court? Chip Walther.
