If she does and is willing to testify against him, then I could see him being in big trouble even if it is just a he said/she said thing.
If she does not consider herself a victim, then I think this is a political witch hunt fueled by evidence provided as a form of revenge porn by her ex-husband.
I can see why he would be ticked, but the government shouldn't be his enforcer, especially if it is a means for his political opponents to exact their own revenge, unrelated to his alleged crime.
