doesn't mean he shouldn't be treated fairly.
In that letter they are alleging that he is indeed not being treated fairly.
That is the key issue for me. Is the prosecuting attorney handling this in a fair and professional manner, or has it turned into a political witch hunt?
I can't tell at the moment. Hopefully those with power to control and oversee things do so fairly and justly.
