1. Someone with mental issues and a violent history and on psychotropic medicines should be free to buy whatever weapons he can afford from anyone willing to sell to him, no?

2. If that someone goes on a rampage and kills a lot of innocent people and escapes unharmed...

a. You are against putting that person in a cage, correct?

b. If that person does not submit to any private law society and will not agree to any sort of arbitration... then what?

You are against "retribution" for crimes committed, no?
