Arrest this guy for a crime he has not yet committed? Take his property ownership rights away for a crime he has yet to commit?

Kathy Griffin still thinks she was within her rights to depict a severed head of the POTUS.

I support the second amendment but this kind of red flagging scares me more than gun restrictions.
