showing off his guns, and informed them of the warnings they had gotten from the public about him bragging that someday he would be a school shooter.
They could have warned them of the increased dangers of such behaviors associated with those on psychotropic medications.
During their conversations with his parents they could have recommended taking away his key to the gun safe or perhaps even selling the guns.
They could have informed the school of the increased risk and the public warnings and warning signs. Perhaps given additional warnings from the FBI the school could have taken measures to reduce the risk. Instead of merely prohibiting him from carrying a backpack onto school grounds, they could have informed him that he was not allowed on the grounds at all. He wasn't a student anymore as I recr all & had no reason to be on the grounds. A teacher or staff member could stand at the school entrance when the doors are open to all and keep an eye on who is going in or coming out.
A former student coming in with an assault rifle would probably raise a red flag, especially if the FBI had previously warned them about him, no?
