with transportation in cities, nobody living in one needs their own vehicle. im not arguing, this solution doesnt end it, it creates a new set of worms. there are lots of things citizens have that we dont need. not arguing just saying if you cave to a certain part of the population for one thing you owe the other side of the population the same favor too.
