he talk about playing the "right" way, Learning the "right" way, i think there's more to that, than what is explored. i wish a journalist would pry into that a little.
simply put, our offense and defense have a few studs, the wrong way would be to try to ride the year out funneling the plays to them. One trick pony. Shortcuts. Quick fixes.
The opposite is this is a team effort, we keep investing plays in guys and develop the whole team.Your doing your route or this read because of X and X and X. coaching time and effort, especially. It takes maximum effort, and a lot of TIME to give all of your players on your team individual attention.
And yeah, if the team was really behind, had a lot of young players, you would start slow, slower than the team that looks at quick fixes.
