it's how the players "buy into the system" that matters most.

With this "arms race" Mizzou isn't going to win a NC.... we'll never get enough talent to make it through a conference like the SEC (winning the East is likely the pinnacle...)

you can't even do that if the players you get don't buy into the program philosophy

you saw players not buying into the system for a good part of the last 3 years (which includes the 1-5 start this year)
