the Final Four might not see a decline in play, but college hoops in general absolutely would.

you can't take Josh Jackson, Tatum, Fultz, De'Aaron Fox, Monk, etc out of college basketball and not see much of a decrease of entertainment IMO. not to mention the top 25-30 guys from the previous year supporting guys wouldn't be in college basketball either.
