fix the NBA

1) drop the entry barrier that created the 1-and-done
2) continue expanding the d-league
3) recruit HS kids to the d-league the same way colleges recruit today, except do it above-board and legal
- offer employment contract of $50k-$70k per year (the expected average salary range for D-League players in '17-'18 season)
- allow nike/adidas/gatorade/etc. to pursue endorsements with whoever they want
4) stop allowing nba players to take 3 steps


sure this will mean the most talented kids might skip college altogether and that could potentially lower the quality of the college game, but i contest the college game sucks right now anyway. so **** it. blow it up so we can all stop pretending college basketball is anything less than an incredibly cheap minor league system for nba owners and a cash generator for the ncaa cartel.
