In many of our losses a year ago, it seems to me that the offense just struggled out of the gate. Nothing more deflating than getting the ball to start the game, and then punting it after a 3-and-out that takes about 18 seconds.

If we can start fast and get the other team's defense on its heels, and make their offense play from behind, that's how we can win some games.

I think it comes down to efficiency...limiting those 3-and-outs.
