of having to convert 3rd and longs, then he'll be much better. I don't think anyone wants to RELY on Lock achieving that 60% completion percentage that is his goal. He's just not that consistent. But if MU can dictate the running game so Defenses are putting 7 and 8 in the box, then there's enough WR talent to find 1on1 matchups with no safety help.

If we're relying on Lock passing to put together drives and maintain field position, it's going to be a long season.
