it's about finding the person that fits what I'm looking for. there's a greater chance that a person isn't a fit if he feels the need to show up in a suit.

i can almost guarantee you that anyone that would be a great candidate for the job will not wear a suit, and most likely not even a tie.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
