expect you to wildly overdress for a job. I get looking nice to show you're professional or whatever but if the job is going to be business casual (and loose definition of business casual), I wouldn't be impressed if someone came in wearing full suit. I might actually be more annoyed by it. Maybe that's why I'm not a people manager.
