only a few schools they would be willing to expand beyond 14 members for:

Notre Dame
UVA
UNC
Georgia Tech
Oklahoma (by itself, no oSu as baggage)
Texas (by itself, no TTU as baggage)

If the B1G can get one of those schools, THEN they would have reason to expand and THEN they would be willing to invite a school like KU as "filler" to even out the divisions. However, I am 100% sure that the B1G would invite Missouri before it invites Kansas, so the only way KU gets in is if (1) one of those schools above accepts an invite and (2) Mizzou declines an invite.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
