Afterall, apparently OU has been begging for a way out, according to recent news.

I think your wish for the AZ schools to bail for the b12 is a huge stretch. The b12 isn't that appealing to anyone other than Cinci, Memphis, USF, etc., which is why your conference's leadership cant seem to make up their minds on adding new members.
