pour money into (i.e. waste money on) an outdated stadium, or we can cut our losses early and do what we should have done years ago: demolish this POS and build a new/modern stadium that is on par with other major programs.

Otherwise, we'll end up spending more on patchwork renovations to an old POS stadium than it would have cost to build a brand new/modern stadium from scratch.

Let's cut our losses now (about $50 million) and build an P5-caliber stadium.
